One ticket, the whole night.
In partnership with Vertigo Live, Fan Connect provided the ticketing and authenticated merchandising for Kaleo's exclusive concert at The Colosseum in Rome.
For a one-off show in a place like that, the ticket is not admin — it is part of the occasion. So it was built to carry the whole night rather than just the door.
What the Ticket Portal carried.
Ticket Portals delivered an end-to-end experience: ticket details, travel and hotel information, merchandise links, and exclusive footage.
Everything a ticket holder needed sat behind one tap, in one place, without an app to install or an account to create before the show.
Access first, keepsake after.
The NFC ticket handled venue access on the night, then kept working as a keepsake with content the promoter can update long after the show.
That second life is the point. A paper stub stops being useful the moment it is scanned; a connected ticket stays a route back to the people who were there.
Merchandise, verified at source.
Merchandise for the show was authenticated as well as sold, so an item bought around the concert can prove what it is rather than relying on the packaging it came in.
Ticketing and merchandise run on the same connected identity, which means one audience rather than two disconnected lists.
Fan Connect runs on the SmartLinks platform — 74 modular apps for digital product identity, GS1 & DPP-ready, trusted for authentication and engagement at enterprise scale.
One night,kept.
Tickets that open the whole show and keep working afterwards — with merchandise authenticated on the same connected identity.
