Your route in — Route 01

The Drop.One moment, shipped whole.

A tour, an album, an anniversary kit, a festival capsule. We treat it like a release, not a procurement cycle — smart tags in the run, content live before it ships, every item scannable on day one.

Is this you?

One defined moment, one defined run.

The Drop suits a self-contained release with a date on it. If several of these sound like your brief, you are on the right page.

Signals that say Drop

  • There is a release date, a tour leg or an anniversary in the diary
  • The run is finite — a capsule, a limited edition, a matchday special
  • One team owns it end-to-end and can move this month
  • You want the moment to work harder, not to restructure your merch operation
  • Success is measured on this release, not on a roadmap

Signals that say Programme instead

  • You are planning across multiple seasons or a full roster
  • Several departments need to agree before anything ships
  • The first project is explicitly a proof for a wider rollout
  • You want a capability, not a campaign

What it looks like

Five steps, start to shipped.

No phase gates, no steering committee. Here is the whole thing, week by week, with who does what at each point.

Week 0

Brief & lock

A 30-minute call, not a discovery phase. We confirm the run size, the release window, what the tap should do and which edition — Bridge, Inform or Engage — fits the way you want to work.

We do

Shape the scope, confirm feasibility against your dates, quote it.

You do

Tell us the moment, the volume and the destination.

You end up with

A one-page scope with a fixed shape, timeline and number.

02
Week 1

Tag the run

We coordinate directly with your printer or supplier, or supply tagged blanks ourselves. Each item receives a smart tag and a cryptographic identity minted in the platform, so every garment in the run is individually addressable.

We do

Supply and encode the tags, mint the identities, brief the supplier.

You do

Introduce us to the supplier and confirm the run sheet.

You end up with

A run where every single unit is uniquely identifiable.

03
Week 2

Build the destination

Either the tap hands straight off to your own site or app with the item data attached (Bridge), or we publish a branded fan-facing page for you (Inform or Engage). Content is versioned, so it can change after the drop ships.

We do

Build, brand and host the destination; wire the handoff.

You do

Supply artwork, copy and any links you want behind the tap.

You end up with

A live destination, tested on real tags before release.

04
Drop day

Ship it

Every garment in the run authenticates and scans from the first one out the door. You watch taps arrive in real time — volume, location, product, hour by hour.

We do

Monitor the launch and stay on hand through the first week.

You do

Release as you normally would. Nothing changes in your sales flow.

You end up with

Live first-party fan signal from the moment it lands.

05
After

Keep it alive

The moment does not have to die when the run sells out. Change what sits behind the tap: a thank-you, the next announce, a pre-sale, a resale check, a warranty. The audience you gathered stays yours.

We do

Keep the content layer editable for as long as you want it.

You do

Decide what the tap should say next.

You end up with

An owned channel into everyone who bought the drop.

The tag goes in where the garment is already being made. Your supplier keeps their process; we add one step and an identity for every unit.

What we need from you

Four things, and we can start.

Everything else is ours to figure out. If you are missing one of these, say so on the call — it usually changes the shape, not the answer.

  • An approximate run size
  • A drop window or release date
  • Your existing printer or supplier, if you have one
  • What you want the tap to do

One thing we won't do

Call your one-off a pilot.If it's a moment, we ship a moment — finished, not provisional.

Before you ask

Questions we get about drops

The tagging step sets the floor. If the garments are already in production we need to reach the supplier before the run is finished; if they are printed and packed, we can still tag with swing tags, care labels or stickers applied at pack-out. The destination experience can be built and changed right up to the release, and after it.

The Drop

Tell us the moment. We'll come back with a shape.

A date, a run size and what you want the tap to do is enough to start. You'll get a timeline and a number, not a deck.
