The Programme.A capability, not a campaign.

For clubs, leagues, federations, esports orgs and artist rosters shipping across many seasons. We start narrow, prove the loop on one focused pilot, then widen the scope across products, channels and sponsors.

Is this you?

You are building something that runs for years.

The Programme suits organisations who will ship merchandise, matchday, ticketing and sponsor activations again and again — and want one system underneath all of it.

Signals that say Programme

  • There is a roster, a season calendar or a fixture list behind the first project
  • Merchandise, ticketing and partnerships all have a stake in the outcome
  • The first project needs to prove something before the wider rollout
  • You want the fan data to be yours and to accumulate over time
  • Success is measured across a season, not a single release

Signals that say Drop instead

  • There is one date and one run, and that is the whole brief
  • You need it live in weeks with a single owner
  • Nothing depends on what happens after the run sells out
  • You want a finished moment, not a foundation

What it looks like

Four phases. The first one is small on purpose.

The pilot is the contract; the programme is the relationship. Here is how each phase runs and who carries what.

  1. 01
    Phase 1
    Pick the pilot
  2. 02
    Phase 2
    Run the pilot
  3. 03
    Phase 3
    Read the data
  4. 04
    Phase 4
    Widen
01
Phase 1

Pick the pilot

One product, one moment, one measurable goal. We deliberately keep the first scope narrow — small enough to ship in weeks, specific enough that the result is unarguable.

We do

Help scope the use case and agree how success will be measured.

You do

Nominate the first use case and an owner who can move.

You end up with

A one-page pilot definition with a number attached to it.

02
Phase 2

Run the pilot

We embed the tags and build the experience; you launch it the way you launch anything else. The pilot proves the full loop end-to-end — identify, locate, activate, measure — on real fans, not in a slide.

We do

Tag, build, host, monitor and support the launch.

You do

Ship it through your normal retail, matchday or tour channel.

You end up with

A live connected product and real taps in the field.

03
Phase 3

Read the data

First-party fan signal, tap density, geographic spread, activation lift. A joint review against the goal set in Phase 1 — including the parts that did not work.

We do

Prepare and present the read, with the raw data alongside it.

You do

Bring the commercial context to interpret it against.

You end up with

An evidenced view of what the loop is worth to you.

04
Phase 4

Widen

Add products, channels, sponsors and seasons. The platform is already in place, so each new use case is configuration rather than a new procurement cycle — and each one inherits the fan data the last one gathered.

We do

Roll out new use cases and keep the data model coherent.

You do

Prioritise where the next value sits.

You end up with

A capability that compounds instead of resetting.

Phase 4, in practice

What widening actually means.

Nothing here needs a new platform. Each addition uses the identities, the data model and the content layer you already have.

More products

Shirts, scarves, membership cards, collectibles, kit for every tier — all in one identity system.

More channels

Retail, matchday, tour, e-commerce and ticketing, each feeding the same fan record.

More sponsors

Sponsor-direct activation with measurable taps, not estimated impressions.

More seasons

Every season adds to the audience rather than starting a new campaign from zero.

A grid of club merchandise — shirts, scarves, membership cards, wristbands and swing tags — laid out on a dark surface
One identity system across everything the organisation ships, season after season.

What we need from you

Four things to get the pilot moving.

Most stalled programmes stall on the second one. An owner who can decide is worth more than a perfect brief.

  • One clearly-scoped first use case
  • An internal owner who can move
  • Access to the relevant supplier or suppliers
  • A measurable definition of success

Apply for a pilot

Answer the four, and we'll come back with a shape.

A line each is enough. We reply within two working days with a scope, a timeline and a number — not a deck.

One product, one moment, one goal — narrow enough to ship in weeks.

The person who can make decisions and move this month.

Who makes or prints the item, or who runs ticketing and access.

The number the pilot has to move for a wider rollout to follow.

No deck required. We reply within two working days.

Where it goes

What the wider programme reaches.

Each of these is a use case a programme typically adds once the first pilot has read well.

Matchday
In-stadium

Seats, signage, concessions and access credentials turned into scannable touchpoints on the day.

In-stadium
Partnerships
Sponsor activations

Sponsor-direct experiences behind the tap, with taps counted rather than impressions estimated.

Retail
Connected merchandise

Every item across the range individually identifiable, authenticated and contactable after sale.

How we scope it

Narrow first, wide later.A pilot that ships in weeks beats a platform that arrives next year.

Before you ask

Questions we get about programmes

Small enough to ship in weeks and specific enough to measure: one product, one moment, one goal. A single shirt run, one matchday, one sponsor activation. Narrow scope is what makes the result readable.
