No home ground. A direct line to every fan.
Fan Connect turns signature apparel, keepsakes and event moments into tap-or-scan fan portals. Tennis players, golfers and track athletes can share training stories, invite participation and offer personal collections — building a direct relationship with supporters wherever they compete.

The following travels. The relationship needs a home.
- Social followers do not automatically become a direct fan community.
- Tournament audiences move on, even when their interest in the athlete remains.
- Signature merchandise can end at the sale instead of opening an ongoing relationship.
The athlete's year. The fan's connection.

Athletes fan engagement FAQs.
How does Fan Connect work for individual athletes?
An NFC tag or QR code on signature merchandise, supporter cards or event materials opens the athlete's fan portal. Fans can explore approved content, participate and choose to join the community, supporting a direct relationship beyond social platforms.
Can tennis players, golfers and track athletes use different experiences?
Yes. A tennis player might share practice explainers and fan questions, a golfer might publish course previews, and a track athlete might invite messages of support. The portal follows the individual rather than copying a club's matchday model.
Can fans take part without attending an event?
Yes. Connected merchandise and shared digital links let remote fans follow approved stories and activities from home. Event-only benefits can remain separate and clearly described.
Does this give us tournament footage or event access rights?
No. Athletes and their representatives must have permission for the content and benefits they publish. Portals can use athlete-owned practice content and organiser-approved information without implying unrestricted competition footage or access.
Can it support signed and competition-used merchandise?
Yes. An item's digital identity can hold approved descriptions, provenance documents and supporting stories. A tag alone does not prove authenticity; the reliability of the supporting evidence matters.
How do personal sponsors participate without overwhelming fans?
Place relevant partner stories or optional offers beside activities fans choose to open. Make terms and data choices clear, and report participation rather than making unsupported claims about reach or sales.

Reach fades. Known fans stay — and keep creating value for the club and its partners. Talk to our team about Sport, Music, or Entertainment, and we'll map your products and sponsor inventory to the loop to show you the fan data — and the commercial story — you should already own.
