The Fan Loop

Fan Connect's four-verb operating model: Activate the tap-point, Identify the fan, Recognise their value, Reward them — then repeat.

The Fan Loop is the operating model underneath every Fan Connect deployment. It exists because the value of fan identity is not in any single tap — it is in the compounding effect of repeated taps building a known relationship over time.

The four verbs

  • Activate — put a tap-point into the world (scarf, ticket, vinyl, badge).
  • Identify — the tap resolves an anonymous buyer into a known fan.
  • Recognise — the system understands what this fan is worth and what they care about.
  • Reward — that recognition turns into pre-sale access, drops, content, or sponsor value.

The loop's power is in repetition. A fan who taps once is a buyer. A fan who taps three times across a season is a known asset the rights-holder can monetise without an intermediary.
